I would say easily more than half.To be honest, Salzburg is much nicer than half of NHL cities.

Yeah I dont understand why he just doesn't give the new coaches a try. Or he must hate some players that are here.is this guy stupid? he has next to zero value. he's prob worth about a 3rd if we're lucky right now. does he not see how there's an opportunity to play in the top 6?
new coach too, things could be very different. I just cant see the Leafs rushing to get anything done just because he doesnt wanna be here.
at the end of the day the Mr. Nice Guy GM shit should be over. Dubas give up some players for less than he likely could have gotten just because he was doing what was right for the player.
well screw you Nick. sign a offer sheet to force their hand or sit out the season. the 3rd for you isn;'t all that interesting
What if he and Berube have talked and he didn’t like what Berube had to say?
Maybe Kyle still has his Robbie Rope ready for a fitting....No team gives a player a longer rope than the team that drafted them...
Penguins and Boy Wonder just traded for McGroaty who apparently wanted a guarantee he would have a spot on the team before playing a minute in the NHL, so yes there are teams stupid enough to cater to unwarranted player demands………Unless he's traded to a bottom 5 team, he could easily find himself in a new organization's doghouse. No team gives a player a longer rope than the team that drafted them. If a team acquires him for a bargain based on his value, they won't hesitate to shelve him.
Spot on assessment, we’re going to find out just how determined Robertson is to not play here, it’s a shame, I think his upside is way higher than most others here are. Too many butt hurt fans imo, it’s his right not to sign, it’s the team’s right to let him sit……..Robertson will not get you much in the way of a trade, I'd play hardball with him and let him sit. The team holds all the leverage.
Nylander-Matthews-Domi
Knies-Tavares-Marner
McMann-Holmberg-Robertson
Dewar-Kampf-Jarnkrok
Note:
This is based on the fact
1. Domi and Matthews have worked well together
2. Neither of Robertson or Nylander work with Tavares
3. One of McMann or Robertson needs to play RW.
4. McMann and Knies are interchangeable
5. Domi and Nylander can switch between RW/LW
You know that could very well be true… although when you look at his overall game you can easily imagine most NHL coaches would have some critical points about the way he plays. He’s got a booming, out of this world shot and a motor. What else is going on?
or maybe he's sick of being sent down because the leafs didnt have enough cap room and he was the sacrificial lamb.If the kid doesn’t sign in Toronto, my feeling is he’s either extremely hard headed and stubborn or he’s getting some professional advice that doesn’t suit his position.
If you’re 22 or 23 and headed to the Swiss League, no matter the circumstances, you’re probably closer to Denis Malgin territory than Jason Robertson territory. To thumb your nose at the Leafs for that. Just mind boggling.
maybe he doesn't want to be sent down again, and again, for no reason other than they don't have cap room because they failed to manage their cap appropriately. So Nick needs to suffer? i think he deserves somewhere else.is this guy stupid? he has next to zero value. he's prob worth about a 3rd if we're lucky right now. does he not see how there's an opportunity to play in the top 6?

Exactly this.
The only thing Robertson is to be told is "no change of plans, come to camp in shape and ready."
It's none of his business whether the team has plans to trade him, keep him, or anything.
Well, then it is a good thing he's staying away and we thank him.
Since we're just speculating, does that mean there isn't a team out there willing to give value for Robertson?
The great thing is, they probably have 5 players who can replace him. Grebenkin, Cowan, Nylander, Steeves, Abruzzese, JvR, Tverberg, Minten, sure not a 1-1 exchange, but most of them probably bring a better or perhaps more fully equipped toolbox.
I would suggest it is absolutely his business if the team is looking to trade him how is it not?
