F*** 'emNuke has very good fortune that the Avs have started so poorly. Almost everyone is excited to have him back, because we are desperate.

We'd be excited to see Ben Guite and Johnny Malgin back at this point.Nuke has very good fortune that the Avs have started so poorly. Almost everyone is excited to have him back, because we are desperate.

First game I am going to attend all season... Should I wear my Nuke jersey that is in the back of my closet?
If he is already cleared why his first game is only on 15th of November?
I'm personally excited for the obvious PR plant stories of how well he is doing, that his life turned a corner, he's such an inspiration, etc... only for him to get popped the next week.
Kill me.
And he doesn't do drugs, the guy doesn't even drink!!Give the guy a break, his biorhythm is way out of whack from being up all night every night (from the cocaine)
Above all I want this team to win it all.
The most likely scenario for that to even be a possibility this year is Nuke staying clean & healthy and playing lights out.
This is when I keep inserting this factoid... in most leagues cocaine is considered a PED, in the NHL it is specifically carved out.Actually, the best chance of winning is cocaine fuelled Nuke simply not getting caught.
It’s not a coincidence that his best hockey was always before getting pinched…
So, your advice to Nuke would be to wait for the random test to occur, pass it, and then go hog wild for the rest of the regular season?Actually, the best chance of winning is cocaine fuelled Nuke simply not getting caught.

Yep, that's true. He also played his absolute worst hockey when he got back last year right after his 1st suspension (presumably sober). He was so bad he was unrecognizable. It’s not a coincidence that his best hockey was always before getting pinched…
He’ll be suspended before the new year.
At least he has few millions to think about before snorting again. He’ll be suspended before the new year.
I liked the Russian one that came out after he got popped the second time.I'm personally excited for the obvious PR plant stories of how well he is doing, that his life turned a corner, he's such an inspiration, etc... only for him to get popped the next week.

It makes sense though. Nuke needs to be relentless to be effective and a guy this big might need something extra to be that relentless. It's all connected.
I thought the US one with Bednar and MacK quotes was pretty great too.I liked the Russian one that came out after he got popped the second time.
Anyway yeah I expect him to get caught too. If he makes it past playoffs this year, then there's some hope for him.
I am rooting for him to get clean and sort his life out. But it is best to not believe that a drug addict will be able to do it, because you'll be disappointed. Same as those who are abusive in relationships.
