I think he is just saying that so that the reporter doesn’t ask any additional questions about the investigation. But I agree, he knows exactly what the investigation is all about. There's just no way he doesn't actually know what the investigation is regarding. I get that its just the standard answer to give, but c'mon.
He'd have to. He is in the middle between players and upper management. He would definitely be interviewed by the league about the entire situation so there is no way he doesn't know what it is about. But he is mostly definitely in a position to be told not to discuss anything with anyone about it.I think he is just saying that so that the reporter doesn’t ask any additional questions about the investigation. When someone tries to discredit me publicly I have every right to take a couple swings back and give them an I told you so.i scout, im not sure id call myself a professional but also pretty sure that i know more then most general fans and parents. i get dms and tweets and posts from idiots allt he time, i don't bother with it unless its to poke fun and rile them up a bit, personally i don't go back at them with my resume and say how smart i am, but thats me.

I see you quite often going after "couch scouts" on twitter unprovoked.
The difference with me is I don't go out looking for it i just respond when called upon.

It is literally the exact same thing as someone disrespecting someone’s profession lmaoim speaking out on behalf of alot of guys who get pissed at guys who just take the easy way out. thats not the same as getting angry at someone who didnt agree with you and didnt just say what you wanted. who cares if he has a different opinion. thats not the same thing as taking shots at guys who disrespect our profession.
you just got mad someone didnt just blindly agree, kept a receipt and then waited months to let him know how wrong they were. thats next level narcissism.

That’s literally exactly what he did with me + pretty much told me I don’t know what I’m doing or talking about.
There’s a lot more to it than what was posted in these threads there was a bunch of DMs as well.
If you want to see next level narcissism go look at you’re own twitter!
You are the last person that should be calling someone a narcissist.
This isn't a new phenomenon. Ever since online message exchanges have existed (and I've been at this 39 years), people routinely take swipes at each other that they wouldn't risk in public. We used to preface such banter with [FLAME ON] to give non-combatants a chance to go to the next message or grab some popcorn. Is this a debate of grown adults or grade school? As I got older, im 45, I had to disengage from all hot discussions. The idea of getting upset while possibly arguing with a 14 year old is just too much. Lol.This isn't a new phenomenon. Long way of saying, it's part of the culture on message boards and sometimes its hilarious to see someone pummelled with their own words by someone who's much better at dishing it out. Personally, while we're discussing a sport where two players can square off and drop the gloves, I don't mind the verbal jousting - seems appropriate to me.

7. Niagara IceDogs, 66 points (29-28-4-4)
– The IceDogs can finish as high as sixth or as low as seventh.
3 Games Remaining: vs. OTT, vs. NB, at BAR
With all the negative noise surrounding the team, I’m not sure if 6th or 7th really matters. Either way they are not winning a first round match up against one of the top three teams. More importantly, secure a higher draft pick and pray for new ownership, otherwise this franchise is going backwards in the offseason.OHL playoff tracker has this:

The chances of a 6th seed are pretty slim.
One game, sure. Not 4 of 7.Any given Sunday Sam14. I agree the odds are stacked against the Dogs but you really never know. Hot goalie and some lucky bounces. Stuff happens
I agree wholeheartedly. Hopefully, the season goes beyond the next 5 games.Any given Sunday Sam14. I agree the odds are stacked against the Dogs but you really never know. Hot goalie and some lucky bounces. Stuff happens.
I will be cheering on the team. I will attend the home games. Celebrating our return to the playoffs.
