Great idea hope someone can clarifyDoes anyone know the rule on signing a FA after the trade deadline has passed? Does the player have to pass through waivers or is it simply not allowed?
I KNOW he's not an OHL level goaltender, but he has OHL experience at least.... JJ Salajko is playing right there in Port Colborne, and is having a great year in the GOJHL. Has to atleast protect Humphries a little, no? (again, if allowed)
If he did come back not worth keeping as Oa.I don't know if this is what Sam is referencing but it appears that Charlie Robertson may not be back next year.
It was 4 shots 3 goalsOh boy 6 shots 3 goals yikes![]()
Niagara vs Barrie first round would be the battle of the dumpster fires lmaoIf this is the level of hockey we see from this team going forward for the rest of the year, we have to hope Ottawa and North Bay run out of games and don't catch us. Everybody trying to do it all by themselves.
Not sure what shot the 5th goal went in on but the first 4 was one goal for every 3 shots I know the teams not scoring but even if they were you aren’t winning much if any giving up goals like thatIt was 4 shots 3 goals

Flores is out until at least sometime in march Ben said in an article in the paper earlier this week I forget which paper it was but I posted it in hereNot really a surprise. He was a journeyman goalie; he bounced between NB and Niagara and never got into a grove or played that many games. Hext yer he will be an OA with 6 OA returning next year it was doubtful that they would keep him.
I think it is simply a case of him seeing what was coming and deciding that he might as well start his post-OHL career now rather than later.
Not surprising.
What is the status of Flores
The problem is they don’t have a #1 goalie for next season. I would have rather they went with Flores and someone younger as a backup who could have developed into a #1 for next season. This seems like bad planning on the IceDogs part. Now they will need to bring in someone, which will cost them. Not really a surprise. Humphries was supposed to be the heir apparent, however, he is not having a good year, and when he came up 5.71 avgThe problem is they don’t have a #1 goalie for next season. Moffits numbers are good but I wouldn’t read that much into Jr.B # it all depends what type of team those guys are playing on look at Charlie burns for example he was great for Fort Erie and his O stats aren’t the bestHumphries was supposed to be the heir apparent, however, he is not having a good year, and when he came up 5.71 avg
Moffit looks like he has something.
I think they could be the basis, but I agree you are probably looking at another goalie with experience to back them up.
