Any comparison to our tickets prices to other teams only team Inreas about Windsor and their season tickets have also increased. Notice some bronze seats this season have become Gold seats next season.

Seems to be a general consensus that next 2 years after this one is the IceDogs window with maybe it just being next year with He and maybe Roobroeck not being back.

IceDogs should be right at the top of the East next year and that could also be a huge factor in ticket value. Could be banking on people being willing to pay more for a team that should be extremely competitive and primed for a deeper run.

It’s a risk, we will see if it pays off.

Bet that includes the reduced knee-room seats behind the boxes too. Nothing screams platinum like losing circulation and getting a blood clot.

You're exactly right. They could be very competitive next year. Depends on them finding an experienced goalie and quality defense. Will the owner pony up for that through the import draft, priority selection and effective trades (including those US players)?

Will DD pay more to give you more value for your higher ticket prices? Or do you think he'll continue to cut costs and limit the team to the cheapest available talent? He hasn't so far. Do you think he'll be candid with the fans and publicly commit to investing in the type of players needed to take a championship? Or will he stay silent and just hope you don't notice him nickel and diming his way through another season?

I kinda pisses me off he jacked the price of the cheap seats. That gave families with limited income a chance to attend a game and feel they are apart of the community. And it is short sighted because some of those kids in the cheap seats grow up and might become a STH.

I believe Robertson got hurt in the London game when he came in relief in period two came up,lamé after a save.

I completely agree with you. If the season tickets are going up in price, the individual seats will go up in price as well. A lot of people who sit in the value seats do so because they can’t afford the more expensive tickets. Now those people will not be able to go to the games at all.

Honestly He has a bad habit of leaving his feet for hits. Hopefully this is the message that sinks in not to jump into a hit. He’s to valuable to lose.

I completely agree with you. If the season tickets are going up in price, the individual seats will go up in price as well. A lot of people who sit in the value seats do so because they can’t afford the more expensive tickets. Now those people will not be able to go to the games at all.

Raised the prices of all seats, eliminated the bronze class of seating, and expanded the platinum category. I'm not not sure if he understands how economics actually works when the supply exceeds the demand.

If I had to guess. He needs to increase revenue and raising prices is an obvious solution. Then he looks at the team and thinks we will have a great long playoff run next year and possibly win the league. Therefore demand for tickets will be huge and we can absorb the price increase.

I personally think this is a mistake.

Extra $100 a year per seat then? It'll be tough for the community and for the players. I suspect he'll drop down to one concession stand next year as well.
