Might be a little more competitive than NHL all star game, as there is more bragging rights between guys who play in the two leagues. I'm sure KHL'ers would love to beat NHL'ers. Previous KHL vs NHL games were far more intense than all star games, even having a fight:

For those who don’t remember, the first game you linked is the one where SKA took some really ridiculous runs at the NHL’ers. It was a bad situation and the best players were nearly benched to keep them out of it.

Guessing this one won’t end up quite so bad, given that it’s a bunch of guys who know each other well.
