He's only on IR, unless they can retro it. And he's only 800k.

Here’s what I just received:

“He will be on LTIR to start which is why they didn't have to move out cap space. But I think the plan is to eventually have him play.”

Also this :

“You can tell everyone they aren't out on Middleton, but it's looking highly unlikely at this point.”

Would love if it was tied around a trade dumping forbort to min and getting middleton. Dont see the full deal reported anywhere? maybe they needed to trade for pat first, LTIR him them do that swap?

If so, then Sweenius is playing chess and (half of) everyone in here has one single checkers piece up their butts, lol

The Bruins now don’t have a 1st 2nd 3rd pick this year. Horrible asset management.
I’m not a fan of this either but if I’m being honest it’s more about not having the asset to trade away this year.

IF you aren’t picking in top 10 or lower I’d personally trade ever pick this year if you could improve your team cause this year’s prospects coming are awful.

It will take a miracle to hit on a lottery ticket player in the late first round or later rounds this year.

That’s why trading Jake for any pick this year is throwing paper in the trash unless you flip the pick for something else I guess..

Did Deepthroat give any more hints on if they would be busy or not?

I had it wrong on the picks. I thought I heard 3rd with a conditional 2nd which thank god isn’t right.

I still think the Bruins need to focus on adding some prospects for the future.

DS is doing the DS thing. He's maneuvering. I like it, we don't know what the return is yet (i don't anyway) but I suspect Sweeney has a couple moves upcoming. This move alone is curious but it isn't 3PM yet.

While they’re talking, I wonder if there’s any chance of Middleton?

Brazeau has not cemented his place in the NHL with what he's done since his callup. He's been good. Better than expected. But back to Providence is not only not absurd... It's likely.

There's 1 Bruin forward who wins board battles easier than Brazeau. That is all.

Get used to seeing him in the playoffs. Barring some trade that hasn't yet happened.
