Got laughed at for saying Columbus still had a very legit shot to make the playoffs. Hope the Habs beat the Canes. I do not want to see Columbus in the playoffs at all. And the only team in the East that scares me is Tampa outside of Columbus.

That said, i wouldn't just expect that Blue Jackets can get 4 points the rest of the way. They are a garbage away team playing vs. Flyers who are better at home and have been playing better since their coaching change. Before someone points it out i do know that CBJ just beat Caps away which was nice for them but stat wise they got dominated even in that game. Maybe Jet Greaves can turn into their Hamburglar?
It's a home finale for the Flyers too. Tale as old as time is bottom feeders showing up in their home finale to beat a good team in a trap game.

I don't want to play the Jackets if they've been in playoff hockey mode for the last 2 weeks, riding a hot goalie and just got a huge confident boost against us like that. Just sayin'

Blue Jackets are doing everything they can to make the playoffs.
I was thinking last night about how all some of these teams needed to do was NOT suck for the last few weeks and just win a couple of extra games and we wouldn't be watching them scramble for their lives to secure the final wildcard spots. Blues / Wild / Flames doing just that over in the West.
But then I also remembered this was our team last season

I hope so. I really want nothing to do with the Jackets. There’s the whole Johnny G (RIP) thing where the whole league will be behind them. Greaves is dialed in. Werenski is having a great season. Fantilli is breaking out, and they have other solid pieces.
Even if Rod rests guys, they seem able to just respawn more dudes, in those tobacco fields, capable of playing his annoying system. And I’m not sure the Habs can get out of their tail spin to stop this historic choke job.
On the one hand I do think we match up slightly better vs MTL but on the other it would be hilarious for them to choke away a spot after how annoying their fans have been all season

Epic choke if the Habs somehow manage to lose. Already lost to the Blackhawks. Now they play Canes with nothing to play for who just called up 4 AHL players and are dressing basically their B team.
