The loss to BUF helps put the BOS pick into play being pretty high in the second. Seems like Boston has a fair chance ending with the fourth-worst record. Philly axing Torts and getting a bit of a bounce also helps.

All 4 worst records being in the West is great. There's some real good talent at the top so send them out West.

Orly/Hathaway trade. The return was a 2023 first-round pick, a 2025 second-round pick, a 2024 third-round pick and Craig Smith.

Will be interesting to see how the 2025 Boston pick plays out because right now those trade deadline deals look like:

Out: 25ish games of Orlov and Hathaway for Boston and Joel Edmundson for Toronto

In: Rasmus Sandin (acquired via Bostons ‘23 first rounder), Logan Thompson (acquired via Washington’s 3rd round pick and NYI via Toronto’s 3rd round pick — acquired in the Edmundson trade), Ilya Protas (pick 75 used on Protas which was acquired from New Jersey for Bostons 3rd rounder in 2024 + Washington 2024 5th rounder), and the Boston 2025 2nd rounder

Pretty much a masterclass in asset management.

I think it's In: Sandin, Eriks Mateiko, this upcoming 2nd, and Craig Smith which is still great for 3 rentals

I have no idea to be honest.

The way it was mentioned that Playoffs start that saturday. The teams that play on thursday have 'few' days of extra rest so figured those extra days were saturday and sunday.
