I was beyond skeptical about this tourney. But 'll admit; it's legit so far.

But still super-glad none of our guys are playing. Theodore and Makar hurt already. Just having our whole roster healthy could end up as enough of a deadline add.

Man, that was a heck of a game. Pass by Sid on the 1st goal was a beauty, Sweden keeps its poise and battles back, good goaltending on both sides, and intensity of game kept building the whole way. Great atmosphere in Montreal. Pretty much everything NHL could have hoped for

M-A Fleury was recently interviewed by Friedman and asked there if he thinks that Crosby might/should play elsewhere and he was just trying to stay as polite to the Penguins as he could mentioning how hard it is to leave but you could read between the lines that he thinks Crosby should still leave to play some meaningful hockey still. Penguins are boned for years to come and i'm sure Crosby himself knows that too. We'll see over the summer. They could try and kick the can down the road again by being aggressive in FA but with this class... it's going to set you back even more in the long run. Not an easy summer to navigate re-tool through free agency when there are 30 other teams that have cap space with the cap going up.

Crosby is unreal. What a talent, and what a disaster Pittsburgh is to be wasting him.

This tournament rules. That game was electric. Would watch this 100/100 times before the shitty All Star Game nonsense.

I've found it easier to enjoy his heroics this year when I don't care about the result
