It’s real. I was watching the game when they showed this graphic. Made me appreciate Ovi a lot to be honest, seeing a 1 and 895 on the same graphic makes you realize how ridiculous it is to score that many goals in the NHL.

Side note/addendum, Brian Burke apparently said he's willing to pay players' fines if they use the pride tape anyway, and Gord Miller highlighted that despite the NHL's recent quote that they only allow black or white tape the rule book says tape of any color is allowed...
