He'd be borderline but 3 cups, a norris, and a smythe being completely ignored in here is wild.

He only has 9 seasons even with the 99-00 and Pronger and Lindstrom are just ahead in the 10 seasons or less crowd.

Eh, Hughes is awesome but he’s only really reached a level where he can make a team like this in the last 2 years, and his playoffs haven’t been that good (though obviously partly team related). Makar’s Conn Smythe run and being at that level since basically his sophomore year are huge pluses for such a short career
