Not surprised to see Stamkos with a slow start with a new team; wouldn’t have been surprised if he had taken off to start as well.

As a Stars fan of course I was expecting our top line to take off but it’s still early.

I think your team REALLY needs Hintz to take that next step and become a legit stud 1C. Or if not him then Johnston. One of those 2 needs to take their game to another level, but Hintz i focus more on because he's in his prime and fully developed and should be more productive and impactful at this point IMO(whereas Johnston you can understand if he still needs more time to reach that level), especially factoring in how many quality wingers he has to play with. Last season and so far this season idk what it is but i just figured Hintz was going to blossom into a better player than what we've seen.

I’m thinkin Stamkos is like Pavelski was for you guys- didn’t he start off real slow, looked cooked, then put together like 3 more 60+ seasons?
