Hooray! And the kings players didn't embarrass themselves on twitter during this process unlike so many other team's players.

Go kings go!

Ohhh, I dunno, the Clippers are doing a pretty good job of showing the fLakers what it used to look like ! :sarcasm:

... and as someone who hates KOBE I'm enjoying watching it.

Amen.

But most importantly, i'm glad to have the best game in the world back.

Yes! Happy New Year!

We got our Kings Hockey back, and get to see our boys raise the banner!

48 game season is better than nothing, missed our Kings very much!

:handclap:

Does anyone know how the new agreement is going to affect Quick's contract? I read somewhere that the new length restrictions may apply retroactively to deals signed this past off-season.

LOL ... spoken like a the typical fLakers fan with his blinders on ...

Until someone can explain to me in a clear and concise way why Chris Paul isn't a Laker I will continue to question why.

And it's not like you don't have blinders of your own :p:

Would it though? He was signed before this past off-season, so his deal may be untouchable by the new CBA.

If Quicks deal were vulnerable, so would Carter. His deal kicked in for the 11-12 season. Unless i'm missing something, why would it matter when under the old CBA a deal was signed?

I'm just curious - what was accomplished here other than denying the fans almost half of a season? Weren't there tons of posters here saying that it was going to end up a 50-50 split?

What exactly was the point?
