OK, so I was going to go with something more literal, but I like this idea better. One of my favorite songs from one of my favorite bands during my favorite period of music ever is "Frank Mills" by the Lemonheads, off the album "It's a Shame About Ray." It's a song which could be about being haunted by an encounter with a homeless man, and the enduring impression it left. Like most Lemonheads songs, there is obvious playfulness on hand, but with a deeper, more soulful and poignant feeling working in counterpoint to the joke.

As a local icon who grew up in two areas in my general greater area (Williamsburg and Annandale), Hamill is probably going to be a bit obscure for all you Canadians and Pennsylvanians. But, he has had a highly prolific voice acting career, in addition to appearing in a handful of feature films.
