We start the day with @GKJ on the clock, @CanadianFlyer88 on deck, @Asnito on the lido deck, and BiggE on the lido afterdeck. Believe it or not, my brother has to make up a pick, but he will do that as soon as TV's sister-in-law thinks of a Dealer's Choice III on the way to the office.

I know how carefully you all read every one of these morning shits I post, so I am sure you are aware that I haven't freaked out once in nine seasons over the decision someone has made on "I Am SOLO." Well, friends, that is about to change.

Season nine had plenty of good-looking ladies on there - probably the best set top to bottom that they have had, with apologies for speaking of them like they are objects, and all but one of them was cool and interesting enough. The two best-looking and most interesting were named Young Sook and Ok Soon. One of the guys on there was this psychiatrist, and he was a real character. He started the season in the introduction episode wearing sunglasses, and just kind of acting funny. He wasn't obviously good-looking at all, as far as I could tell, but damn near every one of the women started to fall for him. He had a special connection with Ok Soon from the beginning, but she made a mistake halfway through - she didn't want to go on a 2-on-1 date with him and another girl because she thought it would be a waste of time and wanted to be alone with him, so she went with another guy (a non-threatening teddy bear type). This bothered Sunglasses more than it should have, even after she explained herself and apologized for making a mistake. In the next couple of days he spent time with Young Sook, and he was more and more drawn to her. You could see why - she was very bubbly without being the least bit phony and very easy on the eyes. But after talking things over with Ok Soon a few times, it looked like they were right back in synch and he would pick her at the end.

Of course he didn't, the f***nugget. It's not like Young Sook was a bad choice for almost anyone you could think of - she rules - but I just don't think it's going to last. I also liked Ok Soon best, and since I have to live vicariously through this dork, I was super disappointed. Like I said, it was the first time one of these guys really blew it at the end, and I didn't like it.

Trevor Lawrence has the biggest head I have ever seen in my life, and it's not EVEN close.

We start the day with @ajgoal on the clock, @BernieParent on deck, @JojoTheWhale on the lido deck, and Young Sandwich on the lido afterdeck slowly flipping through the pages of the underwear section of the Sears catalogue. Cannon and MacGruber can go anytime.

We are officially halfway through the f***ing hockey season, thank f***. The pessimistic way to look at that is that we still have almost half of the season to go, plus the Dog Star Game, and that sucks infinite ass from the bottomless pit of ass that is the #DarkestTimeline. But we can control the way we look at things. It's easier said than done the vast majority of the time, but with a little bit of work, we can get ourselves to see it optimistically. It's hard to believe that no one has been fired yet, and it's almost impossible to believe that anyone ever will be fired, but it is actually possible. Let's try and keep a ray of hope in all this darkness and just wait for that beautiful day.

People suck. Animals, on the other hand, rule. It's just a shame that so many suffer because people aren't responsible. Since the people on Earth Prime can't be trusted to do right by all of them, we're going to put a hand out to the least fortunate, and take all of the pets along that haven't found a good home on Earth Prime or with a member of the Quackverse. We're specifically going to do this last, none that have already been claimed, and if anyone picks an animal in a later phase it's available - we're just taking all the ones that are left when we're about to close the doors.
