It was called poorly both ways. Stupid penalty by Nash, not worth the risk of an iffy call in OT. Horrible timing.

Anybody have PK-PP ratios for the last 10 years?

I bet if you total them up the Bruins are miles and miles behind.

It's the same thing every scrum, it's 4-4 or a Bruins penalty kill. It's a running joke.

If this BS keeps up, I am done as a fan. I cannot believe what I just witnessed tonight. I so want to let out a string of obscenities right now. Tim Peel can kiss my ***. Refs like Peel, Lee, and the Habs refs are killing the game for me as a fan.

Meanwhile, the Leafs won in overtime on the same kind of highstick that wasn't called against Chara.

And I think the Sens have gotten their fair share of garbage called against them too in games one and two.

There's this ****ing... Until the officials can be called out and be held accountable for **** like this, I'm not spending another god damn dollar official NHL anything.

I'm done.

Your talking overtime, huge difference, if anything they both should of went off but thats a call you don't make!

Both teams deserve better than have the refs decide a winner!!!:madfire:

Love the game. Have spent countless thousands of hours watching it and a crap ton of money. Getting to the point of not having any desire to watch this garbage product the NHL is putting out. Taking back goals over a centimeter offside after squinting at a screen for 5 minutes. Wildly inconsistent reffing. Reffing that appears straight up corrupt and one-sided. It's not just in Bruins games either. Seems like things are getting a bit too "managed" for my taste. I loved the game when the players decided things and calls evened out.

This team is plagued by the shadow of the 2011 team. The bruins haven't been tough in a few years but still get called for **** that other teams get away with on a consistent basis. The officiating has consistently gotten more horrendous as the years go on. Hard to watch this until a big change happens.

Certain teams get calls (Pens, Habs, Blackhawks) and certain teams don't (Bruins).

Call it favoritism or teams having reputations or the league having an agenda. Whatever it is...it's a joke.

we've seen this corrupt league in action for years. They have no shame about the garbage they call. Would love if another league stepped up to take their place

Not just teams but individual players. Karlsson has clearly reached Crosby level officiating bias.

There's no conspiracy or anything like that. They just call the reactionary stuff, like when Ryan pops his head back or when a guy grabs his face or when someone falls down. It's just lazy calls.

There are definitely players that get the benefit of the doubt and those that don't. When Marchand is on the ice i guarantee you that they are looking for him to do something.

Here's the thing: can anyone - even a Habs fan - even fathom that call being made against the Canadiens in Montreal, in OT, in the playoffs?

Of course not.

That's the problem.

Gallagher could two hand a guy in the head at center ice and they'd call the other player for unsportsmanlike conduct.

bottom line is we had cross and morrow on the pk when they scored.
our injured d is losing us the series. we'd prob be up 3-0 with a healthy d. the pk is totally different
