I'm confused Brooks is back in the know because of Sather, but he's not back in the know on the possibility of moving someone to RW to replace Buch? I dont think we can have it both ways.

So, looking at people that fit Drury's M.O., this is what I've come up with so far... Any other Gritty players in the 3-5th rounds?

Red Savage
Nikita Dishkovsky
Avery Hayes
Josh Doan'

who am I missing herE?

These guys aren’t even tough either lol
Blais is an awful fighter, and Goodrow is an average one

Being tough to play against does not mean you have be a heavyweight fighter. Did you watch the playoffs? It means forechecking, hitting, creating space, going to the dirty areas and not playing perimeter hockey. Blais and Goodrow both do that. There is obviously a plan here and I'm sure Gallant and Drury have spoken many times as to the type of structure and team they envision.

Gallant will be in charge of the lineup and he hasn’t even set foot on the ice with his players yet. Maybe in theory the Rangers are thinking to move Laf to the right but we won’t know until camp really bc that stuff is Gallant’s call, not Drury or Sather’s.

Boko Imama sounds like someone’s mom is being violated in a foreign language.

They shortened it, too. His first name is Bokondji.

This looks like mostly a lateral prospect swap of older prospects. Fresh starts, I guess.

Gettinger put up more points than any of them last year and is about 2 years younger (Imama is '96, Gettinger is a 98).

Speaking of Gettinger, looks like he's getting close to a bottom-6 role.

Where do Vegas and Ottawa pick in the 2nd? I assume if Strome goes it would be at one of those picks.
