Michkov going to the Flyers while not ideal division rival wise probably isn't all too bad all things considered longterm. By the time he's is in his prime, the Pens will be in the middle of tanking for the next franchise player. By the time we've rebuilt he'll be in his late 20's, not a terrible time period for the Flyers to draft a potential superstar.

2.0+ PPG is tough to ignore...

He’s not a bad player but he very much plays off his linemates. For our long term needs I think there’s too many guys that have the potential ability to carry/drive play at the NHL level to take Perreault. Perfect fit for the Oil or a team with its stars in place long term
