2028 first. Could see it. Connor is a great regular season goalie on an amazing contact that fits well there. Would command more than most goalies do. I wonder if the jets are willing to slide down in the standings, kind of think no.

I think Hiller was hired cause he was cheap.
Toronto wasted 10 years of a talented core and an ownership happy to spend anything. Covid kinda screwed them, too, but IMO everything went sideways when they signed Tavares to fast-forward the build instead of sticking to the original plan.
