Realistically what connections does Brady have for executives & management or coaches? The NE people he was with are nothing without BB. In TB Arians is retired and no clue where Leftwich who was once a HC candidate but haven’t heard his name over the past 2 cycles.

Yes he can help do a deep dive into QB both physically and mentally. But as for hiring the decision makers?
I hear ya but I mean as you can see, they are going to let Brady make a lot of big decisions. The stuff you’re saying may be true but I mean what does mark Davis know about football? We have been garbage under him, Brady is a massive upgrade.

Also, personal thought but.., I think BB is a product of Brady. He can’t even get in playoffs without Tom but Tom won a superbowl without him so there’s that…

I just wouldn't bet on Brady until we see it. Maybe he can, but see what happens. Elway could not and not like Sanders/Ward are considered can't miss QB prospects. Think both need a good OC to be successful.

That’s fair. I mean I still take Brady with zero experience over Mark davis. Davis is one of the, if not the, worst owners in the league. Dude is clueless lol

Agreed on Davis. Him, Woody Johnson, cheap Paul Brown family, Jerry Jones (wants to be involved in everything), McCaskeys in chicago are not good owners. Either get too involved or are cheap.

If you're the Raiders you swap firsts with Green Bay and let them pick your guy with their pick. You'll come out better than the Raiders just picking first overall.

I really like the Bradford comp for Sanders. That feels very close to the profile we should expect in terms of capability with Shedeur. Bradford was a pretty solid QB when healthy. His efficiency was his biggest strength, something I would say the same holds true with for Sanders.
Sam Bradford, noted big Vancouver Canucks fans.

Kid is going to fall in the draft due to an below expectations seasons plus this injury, if he can't throw for teams.

He’s been at Georgia for 5 years and he didn’t play great this past season and has no guarantees of being the starter next season.

So its either transfer to a program that isn’t going to give him much in NIL money or even any guarantee of starting or commit to the draft.

Sometimes it’s just time to move on and see how it goes.

He’ll probably go in the 5-7 round.

For Dart, he just had a very good season and his stock is at the highest it has ever been. He could very easily be the 3rd QB off the board and go in the 2nd round. Good choice by him to come out.

UGA recruits top guys. So, it's always going to be competition. And like you said, he was just ok this season. Other 3 QBs are Stockton a RS SO along with a RS FR and True FR. Plus, Smart likely to get another high ranking recruit.
Probably does have to take the shot and be a day 3 guy off the board. Means, he needs to be great in the reps he gets. Most likely going to end up on the PS of a team that drafts him unless he shows well enough to warrant carrying on the main 53 man roster.

Dart, it is time for him to go, as he was a starter half way through his true FR season. Probably a day 2 QB pick. So, no guarantees for him of getting an opportunity.

Guys like Dart, always a red flag to me when they don’t play well against the best teams they play. At least Beck did do that.

Updated draft order through week 17 of the bottom feeders.
NE, Ten, Cle, NYG in that order of the 3 win teams.

NE plays Buffalo who are set as 2 seed so will be resting guys.
Ten plays Hou who are locked into 4 seed. But Stroud is playing poorly. Do they try to get him going in week 18 or just focus on practicing for him?
Cle plays Bal who need to win to secure the north. If ravens lose and Pitt wins they are tied record wise but Pitt would be 4-2 in division while Bal would only be 3-3 in division this Steelers would take the North.
NYG plays Phi who are likely locked Into 2 seed if Det beats SF on MNf to get to 14-2 tied with Minny. Setting up the bye week game as the season finale most likely.

the QB class and the draft overall is very weak this year

I could see some guys like Loveland or Mason Graham contributing but a lot of these guys are overhyped or don't project to contribute eimmediately

Shedeur Sanders and Cam Ward are the best QB's and Shedeur screams overrated

If the price to move up matches what Carolina and SF gave up I don’t have confidence in either guy to make up for the assets dealt.

Talking 2 extra firsts plus a 3rd.
Or an extra first, 2 seconds and a good roster player that was signed for a couple more seasons.

Most teams are lacking in talent to overcome that loss of assets.

See how it all shakes down in week 18. Guys are still playing to earn a job in 2025. Coaches the same. HC may be safe but could make changes to the staff.
