That is the plan and design. But, a few things need to happen for it.

1) OL needs to protect long enough for the players to run 60 yards down field and get setup into their roles. 2 guys to jump, 1 guy in front and 1 guy behind for a tip.
2) QB also needs to buy time to get a chance to wind up to make the throw
3) QB needs to put enough arch on the ball so that it does get tipped into the air. Based on the jump at like the 3 that ball was a good 9 feet in the air at that point.
4) You need to get lucky that the ball is tipped near your guy vs off to the side.

Plus, Wash did get away with a hold as Daniels scrambled to his right.

Giants game ended the way it should. With Jones giving up a fumble & pick (without Watt and Hightower on the field on Defence). OC/QB, one or the other needs to ensure a TE or RB is there on the same side as TJ Watt to help the OT. RB, per the call, moved into the middle of the field as a check down vs stay and help on Watt. Either it was bad coaching to not have him stay there or QB didn't read it and alert the RB to stay vs go out, which led to the strip sack/fumble.
# 4 is super important.;)

No matter how many times a guy spikes or drops the ball at the 1 celebrating, I'm still shocked. I'm glad it does happen because it's pure comedy, but how tf does this happen 🤣

Stroud is missing some big name receivers, but he has really regressed this year. Can tell he just doesn’t have the same confidence as he had in his rookie year. Oline hasn’t been very good as far as protection goes either. Turning point tonight was the brutal PI call against Stingley.
