The Mahomes injury makes things even more interesting in the AFC. Also makes a mess of trying to pick KC games the rest of the regular season.
With things being so tight at the top, it makes it a bit easier to pick in the pool, with everyone having to go balls out till the end. The games that scare me are the shit teams playing each other.

As for Mahomes, if the games are still meaningful, he will likely find himself well enough to suit up and gut it out like he always does.

Bills are apparently the first team since 1966 to both score and allow 40+ points in back to back games since 1966. Never a dull moment in Bill's games.

Looks like Gibbs will have to carry the mail for the Lions for the rest of the year. Tough luck for Monty. Lions injuries are looking like they might derail what had a chance to be a great year.
Of course because it's the Lions when it boils down to it and what was happening this season (and last for that matter) were too good to be true.

The Lions losing a game in the NFC Championship in large part due to two drops on 3rd and 4th down in the second half by a receiver (Josh Reynolds) who dropped virtually nothing all year then the bounce off of Vildor's helmet right into the arms of Aiyuk and now this year with one of the worst strings of injuries in NFL history during their best season of the Superbowl era because the Football Gods just won't allow the Lions to have prosperity. Looks like Superbowl hopes are pretty much dashed now just like that.

This is just par for the course for this long suffering Lions fans with the difference being that in the past there was no hope so there was no letdown it was just accepted and now being when there's the ultimate hope it pretty much goes up in smoke.
