I don't know if Pickett will ever be the guy, but I agree that it gives him a chance to develop. NFL qb's get rushed so much as a whole, not even sure why teams continue to use good picks on them only to have them fail in the first few years and move on from them.

At this point it looks like it might be someone who they draft this year. After Jerry's 'all in' proclamation after the season ended, many expected Dallas to be more proactive in FA. Not so far, losing three of their own FA's.

I'd say losing 3 free agents already is being very active!
