I would not go backwards; he is gone let it be.He won’t but if he’s back I’ll be interested what he gets ~ 2/14 would have been my take it or leave

I would not go backwards either - if you have a better left wing then name em otherwise the team is going backwardsI would not go backwards; he is gone let it be.
Bold sections seems inconsistent or incoherent to me. If you don't see any importance regarding the leader and the letter on the jersey, then how can you interpret it as ridiculous that someone other than Pasta could inherit it.Any other pick but Pastrnak is ridiculous if the letter must be assigned - he’s always in the lineup and Chucky isn’t
That said they will give it back to Marchand I would think
and if I was on the team I really wouldn’t give a shit
I know who’s a leader, fraud, who to trust, who not to, who’s good or bad - a letter really has 0.0 effect on me. Who to respect and trust my leader
I think McAvoy & Pastrnak are both really good people and are teammates I would respect regardless of who’s captain
I was raised just do the right thing and trust Is the most important thing you can have
Pasta IS the leader on the Bs, and his scoring is fine.Bold sections seems inconsistent or incoherent to me. If you don't see any importance regarding the leader and the letter on the jersey, then how can you interpret it as ridiculous that someone other than Pasta could inherit it.
IMO, Pasta is good at scoring. I want him to be self centred on scoring, nothing else.

Being the leader (on a not so good team) hasn't stifled his scoring. Wearing the "C" next season won't either.
Actually. Pasta has been the leader since Brad left. For now, Pastrnak hasn't carried the C or its burden. It is possible that everything you say and know will turn out to be right. I have my reservations, and this is the reason why I chose 73 rather than him in the only two options presented. The future will tell us
He might or is the Boston leader on a season everyone seems happy losing and tanking. Let see how everything goes depending on higher expectations.Actually. Pasta has been the leader since Brad left.
Well, perhaps Brad will be back and he will wear the "C"He might or is the Boston leader on a season everyone seems happy losing and tanking. Let see how everything goes depending on higher expectations.
Like I said, future will tell.
Well, the question is between 88 and 73.Well, perhaps Brad will be back and he will wear the "C"
88. 73 isn't as much of a leader as 88Well, the question is between 88 and 73.
If 63 returns I would guess he gets the "C" back but who knowsBut what happens if someone comes back to the team would you still hand the captain to Pasta or Charlie or return the C to that player ?
If someone comes back to the team meaning Marchand, no it should not be given back to him, and no he should not return. This is Pastas team now, along with McAvoy, I hope it stays Pastas team for awhile, and that is going to depend on what Sweeney gives to play and WIN with, or we will lose him.my answer is 88 no question at all. But what happens if someone comes back to the team would you still hand the captain to Pasta or Charlie or return the C to that player ?
Nick was indeed a leader. Bs had so few this past season.Nick is one of the best leaders and coolest dudes ever.
I like Charlie a lot, though at this point I believe David has earned the captaincy.
That's not something I believed prior to A Season in Hell.
His play, attitude and personality will serve Pastrnak well in any leadership role.
Tellingly if unsurprisingly, Foligno observes below that "neither one would care" who wears the C,
