We need to balance our lines. This coach insists that the kids go through a program to learn how to play defense at the cost of offensive development. Then we put together a kid line that's inherently inept at playing defense plus a 4th line that's a liability defensively as well.

Swap Laf and Buch, play the 4th line very limited minutes, offensive/neutral zone draws only.
