Both Kings centers sucked ass on those back to back shifts. Carter and Stoll just stand there as the Rangers carry the puck into the center of the ice, and then tip one in and screen the other.

I remember for years how Kings were escorts; how they'd just skate along with the oppositions puck carriers. I'd forgotten about that. Escort Service, just how we used to refer to them then.

Could see that goal coming a mile away. The Kings are such a mess in their own zone and looked so lost. Didn't help those guys were on the ice for too long and Stoll was being worthless again.

Second period couldn't get off. Which surprised me even more he had them out there together.

Agreed. He left the shooter to go back and cover a man in front of the net that was already covered. Still, a better effort from Carter on that play would have helped.
