The almost total lack of additional pressure coming from behind them completely neuters them. A good team will never have trouble working around them with them as the only threat.

Their hype is unwarranted. The eye test is pretty accurate, the ends cannot quickly beat tackles with a first move. I’ve seen enough of Young to know they made the right decision. Sweat is a tad better. Unless we get better LBs, too much invested in guys who aren’t even Watt or Bosa -lite caliber.

They desperately need an actual good LB. Great would be even better and go a really long way towards helping everyone out. The middle of their defense is a liability that drags everyone down and has done so for years.
