I’m trying to sell some of my jerseys I bought last year to pay for text books is there a thread for that?

You know what will be nice this year? No comments and threads on the MBs about the "Dirty Ducks" since theres no Perry and no Kesler. If anything, Dallas should now be considered the dirtiest team in the league, what with adding Perry and Pavelski alongside noted headhunter Andrew Cogliano.

Wait, what?

I got punished for going back to Paradise for the second time (French Polynesia): ruptured Achille's tendon, now I'll be stuck home for months... :wally::wally::wally:

Four months and half now, still limping a bit when the leg become stiff/tired, getting better at descending the stairs alternating the steps but so much better than struggling with two crutches even to go to the toilet... This injury suck lol

Oh geez. When I shattered my ankle it took about three months to be able to start walking again, still with crutches but with weight on my leg as well, and about three years to really get up and healed. I also had to have another surgery in the middle, so ymmv, but it's not a fun time.

That sounds horrible! Don't even wanna think what you went through...
Mine was a "clean" tear, but the Achille's is such a SOB since it's the strongest tendon in the body but at the same time it receives poor blood supply and therefore it takes forever to heal.

Did it make a popping sound when it ruptured? I've heard that it makes an ungodly popping sound?

Yeah, I think it made a loud "STUN". I felt like a powerful punch on the back on the ankle and the "STUN" felt like a punch on the back of my head too... I went down of course but the worst was feeling woozy and seeing the stars for a good couple of minutes, like someone clocked me on the head from behind. Achille's is a f***ing bitch, if he can hold 1 ton, he can also f*** you hard when he snaps.
