Hopefully not going to try and sell us timeshares

Does this involve hard selling timeshares in Del Boca Vista?

2004, my lady friend at that time, and I, were going through a difficult time. On this occasion, we make up. She tells me someone contacted her, wants her to listen to a presentation, in exchange for free coupons for East Side Mario's (I think, It may have been Swiss Chalet).

I, being naïve, agree to go.. 2 f***ing hours of time share sales.. Remember Rod Black, he was last doing women's hockey... He was the introductory speaker (via a recorded video message)..

I nearly died.. A while later, I tell her, lets go. Stupidly, I agreed to ask for the coupons...And you would think, the salesman would let us go! I mean, I had to finally tell him. Move, or else!!!

It has been 21 years and it still is the funniest thing ever.

second funniest was the ex cop who tried pushing Amway... This after a work colleague told me, "The best damn thing I have come across". So, I am thinking some business/work opportunity. Am "f***ing" Way.

I got 3 phone calls the same day once, from McGill. Looking for donations. I was not paying attention, so I did not hear the 3 different group names. Same day, 3 different groups wanting money. I kept telling the next caller, "you just called me".. Only to have them say 'No, this is our first call'.

I made the mistake of filling out a ballot at the Ottawa golf show.. about a 100 calls, they do not take no for an answer and kept asking for my credit card number!!! It took about a month to get them to stop.

Be careful guys.. this smacks of that.

I understand the doubt. I’ve been through my fair share of timeshare sales and I hate them.
I assure everyone that this is nothing like it.
We are at full capacity anyways but I’m sure the HF guys who are attending will report back positively and confirm.

We are not selling anything! We are showcasing our new app and want your feedback so we can improve it the best we can until we hard launch!

We’re just really big fans of the Sens and wanted to create something that was more accessible and easier to use for everyone.
Have a great day!

If you're legit, I apologize for making jokes about not wearing pants to your meeting.

Best of luck.

Timeshares are dangerous but can be a good thing if you understand your needs and future use objectives.

A friend of mine bought one many years ago. He did want to take a 2 week vacation at a time share every year but did not want to go to the same place all the time. So he purchased a two week timeshare at one of the most popular resorts which could be easily traded in for other timeshares anywhere in the world. He bought a Disney timeshare at the most popular time of the year to visit Disneyland in Florida. It worked out well for him (until he got divorced). :)
