Gretzky for most assists. If there's a trophy for most goals, there should be a trophy for most assists.

and id like to see the norris become more of a Defensive Defenceman trophy.

I'd like to see a GM award that required 5 years worth of record to nominate.
I'd like to see a coaching award that couldn't be summed up as 'team that did better than most predicted'
Selke is pretty much already the possession/advanced stats trophy, so that's fine.
Would like to see a 'Best Player' award, so that the Hart would actually go to the MVP of a team, rather than whoever scored the most points that season.
And as many others have said, an Offensive Defensemen award so that Dmen who don't score a ton of points but are monsters as far as possession or GA when they're on the ice could get the Norris.

Rivalry award, given to the two teams who had the best rivalry all year. Both captains have to come up and claim it. But wait... there's only one trophy. Ladder Match? Maybe.

Sedin - Most Secondary Assists
Thornton - Greatest Points Per Game Drop from Regular Season to Playoffs
Cooke - Most Injury Games Caused
Toews - Most Intangibles
Weber - Best Defenceman, considering the past three years rather than the past year
Weber 2.0 - Manliest Beard

I hate this argument so much when it comes to the number of teams in the league, but I love this argument and agree with it when it comes to number of awards.

Mark Messier Leadership Award
I think they hand it out somewhere in the ally behind where the award gala is held.
Probably the stupidest award in any pro sports.
