The delay sucks to be honest. The GDT kills a lot of the excitement and anticipation because the posts are ahead of what we're watching. I knew Toffoli had the hatty at least 45 seconds before I saw it. :/

I try to gauge how far behind my feed is to everyone else’s early on.

If I’m way behind then I know I can’t refresh the game thread or look at Twitter without spoilers for me.

“What has Luke done to deserve PP1” is some incredible stat watching

The Hughes to Hughes puck movement combined with their ability to threaten rapid attacks given their skating creates lanes and opportunities that are allowing that unit to crush it. Yeah their shooting luck will probably collapse a little, but that unit is generating xG (not a perfect measure on the PP, I admit) at approximately DOUBLE the rate of our PP1 last year.

Luke is earning it and more.

The only counter I could really see is that the PP1 last year didn’t have Green so maybe that would’ve been the big difference and PP1 would be better with Dougie than Luke this year. Which maybe that’s true but idk how you flip things right now with how things are going right now.

I'm concerned MSG will start charging FUBO more for streaming rights with the intent of FUBO dropping MSG entirely and forcing us to subscribe to their own service.

For a couple more bucks a month you can get DirecTV stream instead of FUBO and it has all msg channels, tnt, usa, tbs, espn AND nhl network. Don’t believe fubo has tnt which the game is on tonight.

tnt/max is not even remotely as bad as having games exclusively on espn+

majority of the people have tnt with their basic cable. for those that don't at least it will be shown on max which i think a good amount of people do or at least know someone that does and can piggyback their passwords until they do a netflix style crackdown.

espn+/hulu i dont think thats as popular of an option.

It's all irrelevant these days. I'm in PA. My fubo service is set to NJ so I get all the Devils games. I get local new stations that don't show the Jets games live because of Philly but I set up to record the Jets games and watch the game about 15 seconds behind the live game on my fubo dvr. Fubo just got TNT but I haven't even upgraded to it since I just use "thetvapp" which pretty much gives me everything anyway.

Both services have live recording. I recorded plenty of “live” devils games on fubo. YouTube tv was not an option for me because it does not offer nhl network.

DirecTV stream is the most expensive option but it has everything (besides games specifically on espn+) this is probably the closest experience to having cable tv

Fubo is also expensive and has everything DirecTV stream has except for tnt which has games on Wednesdays and playoffs

Sling tv is the cheapest option to get nhl network but it doesn’t have msg.

I've gone pure pirate. I don't want to, it's laggy and lame with no DVR, and last night I couldn't even find it.

And I'm still paying comcast for cable so I don't really feel like I'm stealing.

I don't believe Fubo has a restriction on how many things you can record at the same time. I get 1000 hours of recorded shows. My parents are on the same service as me and I need to constantly go into my dad's profile to delete all the law and order recordings since he is tech illiterate and tells Fubo to record the show 80 times every darn day.
