I don’t know what to do. You play bad in the first you sit the entire game. Start sitting random people for the entire second and third. Draw names out of a hat and say that if you have a bad period this person sits the rest of the game.
I really don’t know how you fix this.

@Bleedred what was your impression of Daws? I know he’s hurt, but I felt like in our last suck year when we played 37736 goalies he was the better of the two prospects

Hmmm

I thought he looked fine early on, but was played too much, pretty much in an effort to save Ruff’s job because he was literally the only goalie that sometimes had good games at that point. That was when both Blackwood and Bernier were out. Gillies was horrible and so was Schmid when he played that year.

Unfortunately, I’ve questioned ever since if that may have done more harm than good, playing him in the NHL as much as we did. I think his ceiling was probably higher than that of Schmid, but with his long term injury he’s currently suffering from, that could have set his development back.

If he were healthy right now I would certainly swap him and Schmid if Schmid had a few more rough games. Schmid doesn’t require waivers and neither does Daws. So we could shuttle them both back and forth if we wanted to.

But he’s not healthy right now for that to even be an option.
