Apparently he was BIG in Jersey in the 1960s (I wouldnt know, I wasnt born, but I've heard things from my elders who partied on the shore back then).

I dont know if he had a character flaw or an ego, or if he simply refused to play nice with the big record labels back then or what it was, but he was WAY bigger than Bruce and some other household names back in the day. But he never got uber-famous like they did.
 
Just win.. But either way lets remember that it's just special to have the Devils in an outdoor game like this.. Win or lose, I'm glad I'm going

Well yeah that was my first sentence.. But I'm also not going to declare it a complete waste of time and money if we lose.. It's a regular season game anyway, I'll 2012 ECF series win over this
 
I bet our goal horn for this game is the old one from the Meadowlands. Hopefully not though, we've lost our last two games with that horn.
 
So I am expecting a busy day tomorrow so some directions.

Please use the Pre-Game thread for the good old Roll Call, and for any attempts to meet up before the game, festivities, etc etc. Use this GDT for well...GDT stuff. :laugh:

Most importantly, I understand this is a game against the hated rivals, its a huge two points and that this season has been very up and down and for some very frustrating. Still I hope everyone can remember that this is a huge day for the franchise and for this fan base. Game is bigger then the just the two points.

So try if possible to just enjoy this guys for all its worth, no matter the result. It is a special day, and should be a really fun one. So everyone watching at home,, enjoy the hell out of it, and all those going. Keep warm, and be LOUD AS HELL.

The Rock Stadium East BRAH!!!! :sarcasm:

One stupid little thing I found amusing today when they were showing all the practice stuff was that every time they showed the players taking a knee and listening to Pete, Gionta was up front hanging on his every word like the teacher's pet.
