I'm a bit late but here's the bracket for the NJ Cup:

Saya Kamitani vs. Tam Nakano in a non-title loser leaves Stardom match on March 3. And I have a hard time seeing the current red belt holder, which is Kamitani, leaving after she just won the title.

Tam Nakano loses and must leave Stardom, in what some are saying was one of the best matches in Stardom history, but not before she was granted a Title vs. Career match on April 27 at All-Star Grand Queendom.

Full match. April 27 is actually career vs. career, so one of them is supposedly retiring. Of course, after losing, Tamu was to leave Stardom.

Syuri is having a great week, going to a 30 minute draw with Sareee and pinning Mayu Iwatani in a tag match.

Might need to update the title of this thread to include post-Naito. He and Bushi are both leaving at the end of the Dontaku tour.

He's clearly well past his prime but LIJ is crazy popular in Japan. More than 50% of people wearing NJPW merch at NJPW shows are wearing LIJ merch.

Jeff Cobb officially announced he's leaving too.

Like the gajins almost always leave eventually. But they've now had Okada, Naito, KENTA and BUSHI all leave within the last year.

Could just be a coincidence since Naito/KENTA/Bushi are all past their prime.

Bushi probably just goes to NOAH, probably Naito too, but I can see him popping up in AEW.

so new Japan decided to change their tag titles so they could swerve the Internet by making Jeff Cobb the champion while there were rumors going on that he was imminently leaving for WWE

Cobb had planned to work for them longer but he got told he was needed earlier. NJPW would rather vacate the titles than change his scheduled match with Tanahashi.
