I commend Dubas for the way he treated players, in those situations especially but Mikhayev demanded a trade a year later and Kase was gone 3 months later..

Mikhayev wanted a bigger role. Kase one was odd I agree.
There are other things too. When he felt a player would be benched, he traded him. Remember Leivo.
