New CBA Looks to be Almost Done

I didn’t say it was, but the fact that the much larger neighboring country to where the “bubbles” will be is having such a massive issue with testing is not a great sign. Certainly there are differences between the response of the Canadian government and the American government, but I don’t see how there will be no impact at all from America’s issues.

From a fan perspective, I have none, it should put the league in good shape to cash in on the US TV deal.

This is what I cannot believe... the number of players testing positive is a disgrace. These guys should have been locking down properly ages ago given the wider implications to their teams. That’s why football (soccer) was able to start so soon, players mostly quarantined properly from the off to ensure they could resume playing ASAP. There’s been the odd one but the teams have been all over it.

I agree but athletes are a human reflection of society as well, doing all the same stupid things the rest of Americans are doing.
