Injury Report: New Buff injury - Will be re-evaluated in a week - No timetable for return

It will take a while for Buff to get his mojo back once he starts playing.

He needs a few warm up games with limited ice time prior to the playoff run.

In last years playoffs I had Buff and Schief as the Jets likely candiadates for Conn Smyth winners ...... then we ran into Fleury and the dream was over. WE need 2018 playoff Buff back playing at full speed. ( ditto for Morressay)

I honestly can't see him playing a game with limited ice time.
 
So, with Buff coming back and JoMo not far away, whose turn is it to get injured now? Myers is overdue, I think. I mean, the thought of having a perfectly healthy D corp is inconceivable.

Does anybody know when Buff will be back in the lineup ?? -- will it be against the Islanders tonight, or maybe this Saturday ??

I have a gut feeling it will be Saturday. They probably are a little worried about rushing him back, and have the injury re-occur.
 
Need him back badly. I don't expect him to be good first couple of games back. Let's get him in before the post season so he can be in form for the playoffs.
