looks a bit different then that model though
What do you mean by "most successful team of them all"?what about CSKA moscow? are they getting a new stadium seems like a shame that their rivals spartak and dynamo get new ones but the most succesful team of them all still plays in a buildng the 1967 toronto maple leafs would laugh at
Yeah, OK, but the last time they won the championship was in the 1988-89 season, and Dynamo has won 9 times since. So I'm not sure why you'd be so surprised they're not the ones getting a new arena and Dynamo is. It also doesn't look like their games are being sold out, either, as they're only averaging 4350 people per game (with the capacity being 5600 seats).in the soviet era weren they the best?

Barys will play first 6 games in the old arena. New one will be busy with some Kazakh anniversary concert.
what about sibir's new arena any progress? i remebr reading about it a year ago but havent heard anything
Is there any chance that they might move Barys from Astana to Almaty? Just a thought.
