In the West Division tonight, Mason City and Willmar will battle in a match-up of 4th and 5th place teams. Nearing the halfway point, it looks to be a three way battle for two spots as Granite City and Alexandia have pulled away for the moment.

Quake lost 9-1. Kept close in score but not shots through 2 periods then got out of hand. One Dman took a head butting penalty and was tossed in the second and is out today.
