Is it not better for us to have Hutson play as many meaningful NCAA games as possible then play a couple of meaningless games with us and burn 1 year of his ELC.
Even if he goes directly to Laval and stays there he already would have burnt a year of his ELC. Only 18 and 19 year olds from the NCAA need to negotiate an NHL appearnce to burn a year of ELC.

Will Smith cross checking on the PP

Kid got a temper lol
Frustration.

Quinnipiac will do that to you but you have to stay patience.

I have watched BC a lot this year and out of all their star forwards, will smith is the one I would want least. Cutter gauthier - perreault and leonard , all have other dimensions to their game

So how is Hutson's skating ? It's the end of the year and besides not being able to skate backwards and being small him being slow was the biggest concern. Well being slow and small the biggest concerns

Skating speed is slightly overrated in general. Unless you're on the back check, most of the time skating speed is irrelevant as most fast skaters lack to IQ of McDavid to actually execute at that speed and end up turning picks over.

But hutsons edge work even when pivoting backwards for example is absolutely nuts. I'd rather see an improvement in his shot. Maybe get him to work with doctor shot

Fowler is saying it was batted down with a highstick but no review.

A ton of layered traffic in front of him. It was batted down by a Quinnipiac stick, went to a Quinnipiac teammate who put it in. No chance for Fowler.

If they challenge and lose it’s a penalty. They already lost a challenge.

He makes no contact with Leonard's head. It looks like a chest hit, but it's early, so interference.
Totally agree.

2 minute PP for interference on Leonard. You could clearly hear someone on Quinnipiac bench say Leonard was diving. "He's been diving all game." Lmao

Leonard scores. 3-3.
