College Hockey NCAA 2024 25 Season

It was Fascinating how the four NCAA Hockey Regionals played out. The committee was locked into the 16 teams, but because Penn State was the host in Allentown, they had to play there.

BC was going to Manchester but would have to deal with Denver.
Maine had the misfortune of having to deal with Penn State.
BU somehow survived Toledo, and UMass came close to stealing Fargo.

So congrats to BU, Penn State, Denver, and Western Michigan on making the Frozen Four in St. Louis, which is being hosted by the UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT!!!!!!????!!!!!

BU has made the Frozen Four in each of the first 3 years Coach Pandalfo has been in the job—pretty amazing record. Now he’s one win away from the NCAA championship.

Does anyone think the Bruins will be interested in him as the next head coach? Does he have an interest in coaching at the NHL level?

His kids are coming in to play don’t see it

I got news for you, everyone, as in Bruins fans hate him and will be trashing him day one - the reason why I’m told from people who’s lives are fantastic & paid by Jacobs money have told me Sullivan would never come back. If his daughter wasn’t married to McAvoy different story but they know Boston fans are dirty and mean. They are lol they don’t want to bring that to them ~ sports talk would have a field day

We got Marc Bertrand & Joe Murray complete train wrecks as a humans ridiculing Will Campbell aligator arms - these guys ever look in the mirror

They should keep Sacco I haven’t heard one logical reason why he should be replaced.

My logical reason would be regardless of the troops on the ice the breakdowns and confusion that we witness every game have not been fixed.

Not sure how much of an input he has being the temp guy but he hasn't improved the quality of constancy I would expect by now. Win or lose.

It’s tough to implement any plan with so much comings and goings

Still would have liked see some improvement as far as the structure of the game, honestly looks like they are just winging it. Maybe they are at this point.
 
Pandolfo has a job for as long as he wants at a healthy salary with limited travel. He can still be home for dinner and in his own bed most nights. With young kids, not sure why you would want to give that up right now. Maybe down the line?

Game on Saturday should be good. BU has youngest roster in NCAA - Looking at WMU they have a few 24 and 25 year olds, and only 2 players under age 20 :laugh:

They have to start capping ages here or having a limit, its getting silly.
