I am flying back tomorrow morning as the crew is taking Dave out tonight. We all wanted this show to be perfect and I think we nailed it.

I told him I expect to see him at TD Garden for the playoffs and he smiled and said 'Count on it' :handclap:

Definitely a great job overall. Picture was awesome. Infographics were interesting. All three announcers were excellent. NBC/SN would do well to roll with that crew as much as possible.

Outstanding broadcast. Brick added a lot, as he's one of the best analysts in the game (and showed that right away when we were all going agape over Marchand's setup on the 2nd Bergeron goal, and he credited Krug's breakout pass for setting up the play). Strader is one of the top PXP men in hockey and it's so good to hear his voice. His predecessor in Adirondack, Terry Ficorelli, is still doing games in the ECHL (and we work for the same team in Indy). From the moment of the cancer diagnosis, Fic has worn a lapel pin with Strader's initials at every game.

Kick cancer's @$$, Dave.

Brick's a good analyst, but he's got to shut up and let the play by play guy work.

There was a stretch during one of the Beanpot games where there 3 full minutes of play, with no play by play calls whatsoever.

Against the sharks, Joe Thornton scored while Brick was yapping about....who knows what?

Yesterday was almost as bad.

When the puck is dropped, call the game.
