The sixers did have 1 time out remaining (that’s why after DDV made the 3 they advanced the ball). The issue with that sequence was that Nick Nurse half assed called a timeout on the initial inbounds, retracted it, and then tried to call another timeout after Maxey had lost possession of the ball.
