England won’t ever win without a legitimate culture change. Something that would shock their system. They could use a foreigner as manager but he would need to be strong and take no shit in the media or in the back offices. I doubt it’ll ever happen tho.

Well deserved win for Greece.

Not sure Carsley's experiment was worth it. England looked like United. Awful defensively, no midfield and struggled to create chances. Pickford should be on the bench against Finland. The other options aren't much better though. Without Kane and Mainoo he could have played:

Watkins
Gordon Palmer Saka
Rice Bellingham
Colwill Guehi Stones TAA

Colwill more defensive, TAA more attacking.

U20s play in an hour & a half, U21s start in 2 hours, senior team in 5.

Both youth teams having some serious NT prospects...the U21s in particular being very strong with Gruda, Wanner, & Beier leading the attack and a lot of depth behind the front 4; though Seimen, Bischof, & Weiper are top tier prospects with the U21s.

...and the senior team potentially handing first starts to up n coming players that could make a difference for us at the world cup (Pavlovic, Stiller, Burkardt).

Dunno why England don't play a proper healthy LB at LB. Leif Davis or Tyrrick Mitchell would surely have been better than Rico Lewis.
