I'm not up on the contract rules, but if there ever was a time to dispose of Saros before his NMC contract begins I wish it would be done. Trotz made the blunder and unfortunately he is the only one that can correct (which is doubtful he would) so this team will have that albatross hanging on for quite some time.

Unless Trotz somehow became convinced that Annunen is the future there ain't no way in heck he is moving Saros, even if he is stupid for not doing so.

I've got to be honest, Anunen has been quite the surprise and in a good way.

I'll say this too, Barron has been looking better and better each night. I think the reason he's staying in the lineup and paired with Josi is he's continuously jumping into the offensive zone, something they wanted Fabbro to do. I'm not particularly a fan of this strategy/scheme but if it's getting him minutes so be it.
