What about when he destroys a player and then can't catchup to the oddman rush?

The NHL is getting faster every year , we bought high on Bestbuy but it's an Amazon world.

It's not like Weber isn't a very good defenseman but we are comparing and P.K will obvious be more valuable moving forward. I would actually be neutral with the trade if they Nashville added a strong prospect.
That injury is a wildcard. Having a bad back can finish a career.

Other than that I totally agree.

We went from a speedy exciting team to a boring and offensively inept team.

It's amazing what a coach that doesn't toss his toe clippings can teach a young player

I'm super happy about replacing Therrien with Julien. We clearly improved there. Only other time we could have similarly improved was when Babcock was available but the timing wasn't great, and Babcock was out to get the most money possible.

PK back in town a day after a lackluster trade deadline? You know the haters are going to be out in full force in this thread. Let them get it out of their system.

The problem is that they never get it out of their systems—they just focus it somewhere else.

Probably the most difficult part of being a Canadiens fan; having a kinship with people who are consumed with rage.

I have the very same problem with being an American!

I still can't believe MB did a one for one trade between Subban and Weber. Based on Weber's age and contract, he should've gotten more from Nashville.

It was a big deal. It is a maxim of coaching to not let the goalie suffer that kind of embarrassment during a game. Tremblay was being a total ahole. Shameless strutting and egomania.

Shades of Therrien leaving Montoya in for 10 against Columbus. We all know how Price reacted to that and how it ended for Therrien.
