But Novak for pick/prospect maybe make sense.

Why, though. Questionable value and what's more, Buffalo gives up two young former high draft picks without addressing any of their most pressing needs.

Also, no reason to trade Kulich. Or even Cozens for that matter. He's apparently not the solution at 2C but as long as he's not bringing back a bonafide 2C in a trade, why give him away in the first place.
