Well, here's the thing. Those who play this game at a high level can't really appreciate it because you play without icings, off-sides, penalties and probably line-change.

I play NHL 18 at a high level and I can appreciate it because it shows that exploiting the game engine is a time honoured tradition.

You have to play this game with offsides off, the AI is so bad theyre constantly in the zone.

That said we had an NHL 94 tourney and I was the champion. Love this game to this day.
