Just picking nits, but imo, a case can be made that Ken Hensley was the main guy in Heep during their best years. He wrote more of their stuff from the third album on, than anyone else did. Box has been around for the whole run, but Hensley was more dominant during his years there.
Your right but the bands been around like 50 years, glad I was able to see some semblance of them. Never saw Deep Purple before because I didnt want to see them without Gillen and Blackmore together but think i might break down and see them at Tinley this year. Getting nostalgic as these groups wont be around much more.

Skipped seeing UFO my favorite band after Schenker left. Saw MSG many times (When he would actually show up which was never a given). But finally broke down and saw UFO w VInnie Moore as his replacement and the show was phenomenal. I kind of kick myself for skipping them all these years.

The last album I bought was Sleater-Kinney's "No Cities to Love" back in 2015, and I've off- and on-listened to that album a few hundred times since then. Absolutely love it, borderline perfect album for me.

The thing is I had never heard of the band previously, and haven't given their earlier (or later stuff now, as they've released a few more albums since 2015), but I've finally decided to listen to their whole discography. Listened to albums 1-4 of their's yesterday, and at least after one listen through, gotta say that I like their earlier stuff. More basic and raw, but still a good listen to, and my hunch is that I'm going to have their entire discography on a playlist going forward.

Will give albums 5-7 and 9-11 in the coming days.

Don't follow music anymore as well it has passed me by. Listen to 60's thru early 00's with a few modern songs thrown in

Locally Local H was last group that I really followed in Chicagoland but well that was long ago. I did decide to binge Local H a few weeks ago and looked them up seeing they were still around (Lucas with a new drummer)

Saw video of them performing at Hobart on YT from a few weeks ago and they still seem to be good live performance

Saw them in concert long ago, Jesus maybe 20 years ago

There was quite a lot of music in my previous music life but this year I have chosen not to play music more than before.

Of course I have played little music this year and this year I have mixed industrial metal, dance, pop and hip hop etc music mix also many choose of the same art.

Before 2021 I play a lot of industrial metal art.
